We have years of vital and valuable experience of due diligence, working for venture capital funds, banks, private investors and vendors (pre-sale due diligence).

Our approach is as follows:

• Agreeing a bespoke scope for the due diligence at the start of the project, rather than adopting a 'one size fits all' approach. We gain a detailed understanding of the client's objectives and concerns and tailor the scope accordingly.
• Agreeing a realistic timetable with both the client and the target company for the completion of our work and delivery of our report.
• Delivering a high-quality commercial report, on time, that highlights relevant issues by exception, and makes practical recommendations.
