Corporate Finance Manager

We’re looking to recruit a Corporate Finance Manager due to strong demand for our services. Candidates will have at least three years’ experience being part of a corporate finance team that has worked on transactions in the lower mid-market with SMEs and owner-managed businesses. Experience should include both buy-side and sell-side transactions, including buy-outs, buy-ins and growth capital.

Candidates will most likely be qualified accountants and be able to demonstrate business development skills and experience.
