Restructure and Rescue

We react quickly to assist in turnaround, restructure and rescue situations.

Our approach is as follows:

• Assess viability of the business
• Are management changes required?
• Can the balance sheet be restructured? (for example, can we negotiate with major creditors to defer payment terms?)
• How much new finance is required and what is the best vehicle?

We then proceed with the finance-raising process described in the 'Raising Development Capital' section.
